Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship nationwide via the following couriers:

• SDA

Estimated delivery times:

🚚 Shipping to Europe

Shipments to European countries are entrusted to:

👉 3–7 business days , variable depending on destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

• destination,

• weight/volume of the package,

• shipping method selected.

Shipment Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the package in real time.

Delivery Delays or Problems

Delivery times are approximate. Possible delays may be caused by:

• weather conditions,

• periods of high demand,

• strikes or disruptions by couriers.

Empty Studios is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier.

Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered due to:

• incorrect or incomplete address,

• recipient repeatedly absent,

any additional storage or return costs will be borne by the customer .

Damaged Package

In case of visibly damaged package, the customer must:

1. accept the package with reservation ,

2. photograph the damage,

3. Contact our customer service within 24/48 hours.
